Summit Smith developed this 102,225 square foot outpatient clinic for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The clinic contains many medical specialties and dramatically increase the services offered by the VA in the Wilmington area. The Summit Smith Team obtained LEED Silver Certification for this facility.
