Summit Smith developed the 192,881 square foot Health Care Center for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The facility contains many medical specialties and dramatically increase the services offered by the VA in the Green Bay area. The Summit Smith Team obtained LEED Silver Certification for this facility.
