This unique facility is designed to serve the wellness and fitness needs of approximately 4,000 members. Members of the Summit Smith team formed a joint venture with St. Mary’s to own and operate the center. Under the agreement, partners shared in the risk, equity investment and loan guarantee. The combination of health-focused programs, a highly trained staff and quality equipment ensures that members and patients using the facility have the tools and direction needed to achieve their goals.
